Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard delivery: 4–7 business days
- Express delivery: 2–3 business days (where available)
- Free shipping on orders above ₹[your free shipping threshold]
Shipping Partners We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart, depending on your location.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.
Undelivered / Returned Shipments If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/video of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times and charges vary by destination.

- Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
