Refund policy
At Inflorescence Naturals, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our pure Kannauj attars and natural fragrances. Each product is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used. All sales are final unless the item is:
- Received in a damaged condition
- Incorrect (wrong product sent)
- Defective or tampered upon delivery
Eligibility for Refund/Replacement To be eligible, you must:
- Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide unboxing video or photographic evidence of the issue
- Contact us at [your support email] with your order number
Resolution Upon verification, we will offer either:
- A replacement of the same product, or
- A store credit valid for 90 days
We do not offer cash refunds except in cases where a replacement is unavailable.
Shipping Damages If your order was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging and contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
